Sorry to the guys who have been messed about, but I placed my order on Wednesday and just received my order today (8 days later). I don’t think the issue is David Studio but rather EMS. Ultimately the delay issues stem from EMS and not the actual brand! They should really change their courier because these reviews are just awful!! David Studio was actually generous enough to upgrade my shipping carrier to Fedex without additional charge. Thank you!

Excellent service - the item came in a pouch instead of a box, shame really as the piece was beautiful and deserved to be presented appropriately. Slightly disappointed as this was a gift for someone.
